Kebijakan pengembalian dana

This policy covers purchases on lite-type, such as Ad-free and the Educator subscription. They are sold by Onelink, Stripe's merchant of record service, shown as "Sold through Onelink" at checkout. Onelink takes the payment and any tax, and decides refunds by these rules.

When you can get a refund

Within 60 days of buying, if:

  • you did not receive what you paid for, for example ads still show on your account;
  • it is significantly not as described, or not fit for its purpose;
  • it did not work properly;
  • you did not authorise the payment, or it was taken twice by mistake.

A purchase is not refunded because you changed your mind or did not use it, nor more than 60 days after it was made.

The Educator subscription

Educator is paid monthly or yearly, and an account's first subscription starts with 30 days free. Nothing is charged during the trial, so nothing from it is refunded: cancel before its last day and no payment is taken. These rules apply to each payment, the first and every renewal: within 60 days of that payment, for the reasons above. You can cancel at any time from the Educator panel's Subscription page; Educator then lasts until the end of the month or year you paid for, and cancelling stops the next renewal without refunding the current one. Switching from monthly to yearly credits the unused part of the month against the yearly price. A full refund of a payment ends the subscription at once.

How to ask

Email info@mezlasoft.com with your username and the date you paid: often we can put the problem right, and otherwise we will pass your request on. You can also ask Onelink directly, through its refund help page.

A refund is the full price you paid, tax included, back to the way you paid.

Deleting your account

A purchase belongs to the account it was bought on. Deleting the account ends the purchase, and cancels an Educator subscription at once, and is not a reason for a refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
